Main site visit and Action Plan £250.00 plus 30p per mile
Additional Sites £200.00 plus 30p per mile
Production of annual report £60.00
Additional days consultancy £200.00 plus 30p per mile
Incident/Accident reporting (Desktop) £20.00 for 1st hour then £10.00 for each additional hour
Incident/Accident reporting (Site visit) £200.00 per day plus 30p per mile
Additional fax/e-mail advice (Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00) £10.00  per request
24-hour emergency advice subscription (Monday to Sunday 17:00 - 08:00) £100 per site plus £10 per call
Mileage charges 30p per mile calculated from Dover Kent
